Right of Return (14 Days)

Consumers have the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Exceptions

The right of return does not apply to the following products:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Digital downloads that are delivered immediately after purchase

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed

Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a reduction in the refund amount if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us by e-mail to submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. After approval, return the product within 14 days.

3. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damage or Loss During Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the returned product until it has been received by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
